Natural Therapy for Anxiety, ADD/HD, Learning Challenges,Emotional Regulation and Sensory Concerns
At Sage Education and Therapy, the modalities I use fall under the umbrella of developmental movement therapy. This includes primitive reflex integration, attachment and birth history support, Esogetic Colorpuncture, and therapeutic listening programs, along with many other specialized tools. Rather than using a one‑size‑fits‑all approach, I carefully choose from these methods to design a unique treatment plan tailored to each individual child and family.
Using Developmental Movement Therapy we bridge the gap between early physical foundations and how we move through the world today. Drawing on nearly three decades of movement education and nervous system‑informed practice, this is a steady, body‑based approach that complements traditional talk therapy rather than a quick, one‑technique fix.

The first months matter. I specialize in helping families understand how birth experiences, early medical interventions, and daily care all shape a baby’s nervous system and development.
If your baby had a challenging birth, NICU stay, tongue‑tie or feeding interventions, or just seems uncomfortable in their body, it’s an especially important time to be seen. Together we look closely at movement, reflexes, sensory needs, and bonding so we can catch subtle signs that are often overlooked by well‑meaning professionals. You’ll leave with clear, practical ways to support your baby at home and feel more confident in what you’re noticing in your infant's body.
For school‑aged kids, I focus on the foundations beneath behavior, learning, and emotional regulation. Using developmental movement therapy and other nervous system‑informed tools, I help children who struggle with attention, coordination, sensory processing, or big feelings feel more organized in their bodies and more capable in school and at home. You’ll receive concrete strategies to support them between sessions.
For teens and adults, this work supports nervous systems that feel overwhelmed, shut down, or stuck in old patterns. We explore how early movement, reflexes, sensory processing, and past experiences may be influencing how you feel today. Sessions combine gentle movement, nervous system education, and individualized tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at home in your body.
For children we do a two part intake process. The first appointment is for the clinical assessment, this looks like fun movement activities and your child should be dressed in comfortable clothing that they can move freely in. You are welcome to be present for this session and it will last 40-45 minutes.Â
The second session typically scheduled a few days later is for the adults only. This is the time to share more about your child, learn more about how I work and go over assessment results and a treatment plan. This session is 50-55 minutes and can be done virtually but in person is always encouraged whenever possible.Â
The cost for both appointments and your paperwork is $375.
We do not do 3rd party billing, all services are paid by clients directly at the time of delivery. Clients are provided a coded statement for services that can be submitted for reimbursement from their insurance providers.Â
