During this afternoon gathering you will:

- Deepen your understanding of the role movement and the body play in emotional, physical and cognitve development
- Gain powerful tools to be used at home to support your child/ren to feel their best and interact with the world feeling ease and joy.

About your instructor:
Stephanie Johnson has been studying Developmental Movement for 35 years, beginning as a modern dancer, ending as a Somatic Psychotherapist with an enjoyable 10 year spell as a dance educator in the middle somewhere! She is renowned for her ability to spin even the most complex concepts into simple, bite sized ideas for easy digestion by students and clients world wide. When not teaching she is in practice at Sage Education and Therapy in Minneapolis supporting people of all ages to find more ease and joy in their bodies, hearts and minds. Stephanie is the author of Baby Bare: A bottom up approach to growing strong brains and bodies and creator of Healing Movements for Kids an online offering for parents with kids ages 3-12.
